We provide advice to both Building and Adjoining Owners in respect of the Party Wall etc Act 1996 and its application accordingly.
The Act provides a framework for preventing and resolving disputes in relation to party walls, boundary walls and excavations near neighbouring buildings.
In the event of a dispute arising between owners, we can act as the Appointed Surveyor on behalf of the Building Owner or Adjoining Owner, or as the Agreed Surveyor appointed by both owners.
